Honestly, the only time I’ve been to New Mexico is passing through on a road trip, moving from California to Texas. And then again, when I moved back from Texas to California. Both times we stopped to see White Sands National Park. There are a handful of other places throughout New Mexico that are on my list, like seeing the balloon festival in Albuquerque and exploring the Carlsbad Caverns!
